Understanding the Differences
Between
Male and Female
WHY
men and women cannot understand their respective differences without great
effort? The answer is very simply: there are hundreds of differences between
male and female.
General Differences
1.
An average man is
taller and heavier than an average woman.

Men have more
bodily hair than women do, especially on the chest and extremities

Women are more
sensitive to sound than men

Men are over 30% stronger than women,
especially in the upper body. Although many feminists cannot face this fact,
females simply do not have the strength or endurance necessary to be, for
example, effective combat soldiers.

The body of men

On average, girls
begin puberty changing approximately two years earlier than boys.

Men have larger
hearts and lungs, and their higher levels of testosterone cause them to produce
greater amounts of red blood cells

a man is jogging at about 50% of his capacity, a woman will need to work at
over 70% of her capacity to keep up with him.

Female fertility decreases after age 35,
ending with menopause, but men are capable of making children even when very
old.

Men’s skin has more

Women generally have a greater body fat

different levels of certain hormones; for example, men have a higher
concentration of androgens such as testosterone, while women have a higher

Male chromosomes
are XY and female is XX chromosomes.

Woman has greater
constitutional vitality, perhaps because of her unique chromosome makeup.

differ in skeletal structure, woman having a shorter head, broader face, less
protruding chin, shorter legs, and longer trunk.

An average male
brain has approximately 4% more cells and 100 grams more brain tissue than an
average female brain. This is not connected with intelligence! Research points
to no overall difference in intelligence between males and females. However,
both sexes have similar brain weight to body weight ratios.
19.
An average man
performs better on tests of spatial and mathematical ability, while women
perform better on tests of verbal ability and memory.
20.
Men’s IQ has
greater variance, which means that there are more men than women in the very
high and very low IQ groups.

In men, the second
digit is often shorter than the fourth digit, while in females the second tends
to be longer than the fourth

Men have better
distance vision and depth perception, and usually better vision in lighted
environments. Women have better night vision, see better at the red end of the
light spectrum, and have better visual memory.

Men are more
logical than women who are more detailed oriented.

Men are more
analytical and women more detail-oriented.

hypersensitive than women and women less sensitive to emotions.

woman more prone to goiter; provides resistance to cold; is associated with her
smooth-skinned, relatively hairless body and thick layer of subcutaneous fat.

Woman’s blood
contains more water and 20 percent fewer red cells. Since the red cells supply
oxygen to the body cells, woman tires more easily and is more prone to faint.
42.
On the average, man
possesses 50 percent more brute strength than woman (40 percent of a man’s body
weight is muscle; 23 percent of a woman’s).
43.
Her constitutional
vitality is, therefore, limited to “life span.”
44.
Woman’s heart beats
more rapidly (average 80 beats per minute vs. 72 for man).
45.
Woman’s blood
pressure (10 points lower than man’s) varies from minute to minute, but she has
less tendency toward high blood pressure—at least until after menopause.

Woman’s vital
capacity or breathing power is significantly lower than man’s.

Woman withstands
high temperatures better than man because her metabolism slows down less

energy level than women who have more durability.

Women tend to be
more personal than men.

interest in people and feelings; building relationships, while men tend to be
more preoccupied with practicalities that can be understood through logical
deduction.

challenge-and-conquer oriented; competing for dominance hence, their strong interest
in sports such as football and boxing.

Men tend to be less
desirous and knowledgeable in building intimate relationships, both with God
and with others.

Women tend to find
their identity in close relationships, while men gain their identity through
vocations.
54.
Men tend to express
their hostility through physical violence, while women tend to be more verbally
expressive.
55.
A woman’s sexual
drive tends to be related to her menstrual cycle, while a man’s drive is fairly
constant. The hormone testosterone is a major factor in stimulating a man’s
sexual desire.
56.
A woman is
stimulated more by touch and romantic words. She is far more attracted by a
man’s personality, while a man is stimulated by sight.
57.
A man is usually
less discriminating about those to whom he is physically attracted.
58.
While a man needs
little or no preparations for sex, a woman often needs hours of emotional and
mental preparation.
59.
It has been proven
that women are happier with their lives than men are.
60.
In general, men are
men and women are women, men cannot be women and women cannot be men.
